myDigiLearn Scheduler | Sandy Budi Wirawan
June 15, 2026
The myDigiLearn ecosystem needs recurring and event-driven jobs to run reliably outside user-facing request cycles. The scheduler service supports automated task execution and learning-data synchronization without coupling long-running work to the main application.
  • Developed background worker flows in Go for scheduled and asynchronous tasks.
  • Worked with cron-based execution and queue consumers using Apache Kafka.
  • Processed learning activity data across PostgreSQL, JSONB structures, and MongoDB.
  • Supported Learning Record Store execution and downstream activity synchronization.
  • Designed job handling with clear operational visibility and failure boundaries.
The work centered on predictable execution, data integrity, and efficient processing. Separating scheduler responsibilities from interactive services made workloads easier to scale and reduced the risk of long-running tasks affecting application response times. This project was part of my Fullstack Developer experience at Telkom Corporate University Center. Read the professional experience or explore the related Learning Record Store.
