Context

Telkom General Affair teams needed a clearer way to inspect platform activity and prepare management reports without repeatedly assembling the same datasets by hand.

Contribution

Built reporting workflows with Laravel 12, PHP 8.2+, React 19, and Inertia.js.
Implemented Daily Active User and Monthly Active User visualizations.
Added dynamic filters for company, platform, date and time, and user type.
Worked with MongoDB as the reporting data source.
Added Excel export for downstream management reporting.

Product approach

Filters were treated as part of the reporting model, not just interface controls. Keeping filter state and queries aligned makes exported results easier to reconcile with the dashboard and reduces ambiguity for report consumers.

Outcome

The tool consolidated recurring activity analysis into a focused interface and made report preparation more repeatable. This work was completed as part of my Telkom Corporate University experience.
